We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute content strategies across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and paid advertising, combined with the ability to translate business goals into effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning- Develop monthly content strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives and target audience
- Create structured social media calendars with clear content direction, formats, and posting schedules
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning
2. Content Ideation & Scriptwriting- Generate creative and trend-driven ideas for social media content, including Reels, TikToks, and campaigns
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, and content outlines optimized for performance
- Stay up to date with trends and adapt them to fit each brand
3. Social Media Management- Manage and oversee content publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in posting and brand communication
- Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance insights
4. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Set campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budgets
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results (reach, engagement, conversions)
5. Market & Competitor Research- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and audience behavior
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Stay informed on platform updates and emerging content formats
6. Client Strategy & Business Understanding- Understand each client’s business model, services, and target audience
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing and content strategies
- Propose new ideas and improvements to enhance brand growth
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization- Track key performance metrics across organic and paid campaigns
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve results
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data
Additional Responsibilities- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns
- Support the development of overall marketing strategies for clients
- Ensure all content and campaigns are aligned with business goals and ROI
Requirements- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to create high-performing content ideas and strategies
- Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills
- Up-to-date with social media trends and digital platforms
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
